Stock Photography
Andrew Hempstead holds a comprehensive
original image library that spans a wide variety of subject matter from Canada,
Australia, and New Zealand. His specialty is golf courses, lifestyle, water sports, wildlife, and
geology. A large part of his collection is devoted to tourism-oriented
subject matter such as accommodations, attractions, recreation, and
more. He has over 20,000 images on file.
Clients have the option of reviewing
low-resolution thumbnail images via e-mail attachments or online as part of a web gallery. To ensure copyright protection,
high res. images are not displayed online.
Original
images
are Velvia or Provia
35 mm transparencies. Scanning is done in-house on a Coolscan V ED, which creates TIFF files up to 50 mb at a
maximum resolution of 4000 dpi.
Delivery
is via email attachment, custom CD, or original slides are sent by courier.
Prices are based on industry
standard guidelines (FotoQuote). Variables include desired rights, printed image size, and
press run. No research fees are charged.
